Ridiculous, such a bad experience today, collected food ordered via app. I opened the bag and straight away noticed one burger out of 2 was missing so I walked in and let them know staff, she apologised and gave me missing item. I went to the car and my child says there’s no chips in her happy meal I was fuming because i had to go back again to ask for chips so went to drive through window.
Bermuda McDonald’s - How could you miss 2 items with small orders of 2 meals and 2 burgers.

One of the best McDonald's, food is always hot and fresh and the staff are friendly my only gripe is the disgusting toilets.

Mcdonalds ain't what it used to be, long waits for food, order is hardly ever right and employed young kids who clearly can't handle the pressure. They prioritise uber eats and just eat orders over orders in the restaurant, making them too busy, getting orders wrong and long waits for people stood there in the restaurant

I placed my order and there was 4 Uber drivers that cancelled on me so I called the store and the woman who answered wasn’t helpful at all she just said the food was here so I left it and another driver cancelled so I tried calling again a few times and no answer and now have to go through hassle with Uber which isn’t a 1 step thing either

Nice food in my opinion, but I am the one which just gets the same stuff every time (usually). I like the chicken nuggets and the milkshakes along with the ketchup dip. It usually takes a while before the food comes when your in the restaurant but even though there is a McDonald’s so close to us when my mum orders McDonald’s it usually takes a while to wait for McDonald’s to come even though we order quickly.

Changed a lot since I last visited. It seems a lot smaller now.
Hamburger was quick and luke warm, and that's being generous .
Nice leather sofa is the highlight if I were eating in.

Too busy serving take away drivers to bother with people inside,hence cold food constantly at this store absolutely useless!!!

Fast Food - correct title for this review as the food must have been rushed or forgotten and this resulted in the muffin being burnt.
Customer service was seen but once things got busy it disappeared. My tea was okay considering it’s made from a teabag and I left not feeling hungry.
